Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't working, please contact us first — most setup problems can be fixed quickly.

IPTV subscriptions

• You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service does not work on your device and we are unable to fix the problem with you.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind once your access details have been delivered and used, except where the law gives you that right.
• If the service is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will offer a fair extension or a partial refund.

IBO Player activation

Activation is linked to a specific device's MAC address and is completed by hand. Once the activation has been completed for the MAC address you provided, it can't be transferred or refunded, except where the activation fails and we cannot fix it. Please double-check your MAC address before sending it.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases of digital services. By asking us to deliver your access details straight away, you agree that the service starts immediately and that this right ends once the service has been fully provided. You may be asked to confirm this at checkout. Nothing in this policy affects your rights if a service is faulty or not as described.

How to request a refund

E-mail stark8kcontact@gmail.com with your order reference and the e-mail used at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp (+44 7465 245834). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our checkout partner, usually within 5–10 business days.
