Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of https://iboplayer-iptv.shop (the "website") and to purchases of our IPTV subscriptions and IBO Player activation (the "services"). By buying a service you agree to these terms.

1. The services

• IPTV subscriptions give you access, for the period you buy (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), to the streaming service described on our pricing page. All plans include the same features.
• IBO Player activation activates the IBO Player media-player software for one device, identified by its MAC address. IBO Player is third-party software. It does not include any TV channels or content, and it is not included in an IPTV subscription.

We only offer content we are authorised to distribute. Channel line-ups and on-demand titles can change over time, for example when rights expire.

2. Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is completed on our external checkout partner's website (templateforges.shop). Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
• A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We activate services only after verified payment.

3. Duration and renewal

Plans are one-off purchases for a fixed duration. They do not renew automatically. To continue after your plan ends, buy a new plan.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the services only for private, non-commercial viewing in your household.
• Keep your login details and MAC address private. Don't share, resell or publicly post them.
• Make sure you have a suitable device and a stable internet connection (see our internet speed guide).
• Comply with the laws of the country you watch from, including any TV licence requirements.

5. Availability

We aim for the services to be available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network problems or events outside our control can cause interruptions.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy explains when and how you can get a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for problems caused by your device, internet connection or third-party apps, or for business losses.

8. Third-party software and trademarks

Device, app and player names (including IBO Player, Samsung, LG, Android, Fire TV, Apple, Windows) are trademarks of their respective owners. IBO Player IPTV is an independent seller. IBO Player is media-player software owned by its developer; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by its developer unless stated. IBO Player does not supply any TV channels or content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you made your purchase.
