Is anything shipped?

No. Everything we sell is digital, so there is no physical shipping, no shipping fee and no customs. You can buy from anywhere our service is available and receive your purchase by message or e-mail.

How are IPTV subscriptions delivered?

You complete payment on our billing partner's secure checkout.
Once the payment is verified, we send your access details (an M3U link or Xtream Codes login) and setup instructions to the contact details you used.
You add the details to a compatible player by following the guide for your device.

Your plan period starts when your subscription is activated.

How is IBO Player activation delivered?

After verified payment, send us the MAC address shown on IBO Player's start screen by WhatsApp (+44 7465 245834) or Telegram (@digitaldet). We activate that device and confirm when it's done. See IBO Player activation explained.

What if I haven't received my details?
